Spam Filter
The ConnectTime spam filter is provided free of charge to you for your ConnectTime email accounts. It is a
mail filter that will identify and block spam from your Inbox. The ConnectTime spam filter will mark your
subject lines in your messages so that you can identify and filter out spam.
The ConnectTime spam filter tracks down spammers through analyzing email header data, analyzing message
text, utilizing existing blacklists, and through accumulation of spam message signatures.
You can customize your spam filter settings to control how your email is marked for spam.
To configure and start using the ConnectTime spam filter, log in to MyAccount.
Vacation Message
Set up your vacation message to automatically send a reply to any new email that arrives in
your ConnectTime email box.
When you are on vacation, you can configure your Vacation Message to send a reply to incoming
emails, letting senders know that you are away.
Example Vacation Message:
I will be out of the office from Monday, June 2, 2001 and
will return on Friday, June 6, 2001. I will respond to your email when I am back in the office.
To set up, enable, or disable your Vacation Message, log in to MyAccount.
Virus Filter
The ConnectTime Virus Filter is provided free of charge to you for your ConnectTime email accounts. The
virus filter can identify and quarantine known viruses, filtering virus laden email from your email
program: web-mail or pop3 email client [Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.].
To configure and start using the ConnectTime Virus Filter, log in to MyAccount.
